What to Expect with the Free Consultation?

When you schedule your Free Consultation, I will send you a link (usually the day before) by email to a zoom meeting for the day and time that you choose.  The meeting can last anywhere from 1 to 1/12 hours sometimes longer so please keep that in mind.  I will ask about what your needs, goals, and achievements are. We will do some simple techniques to find out if you are a visual, auditory, olfactory (smell),  gustatory (taste), or a sentience type of person. You may find that you will experience one or more of these. I do this so I can customize your session just for you.   

What exactly is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a trance state of mind.  Either your awake, asleep or somewhere in between.  Think about this for a moment...... Have you ever sat in a daze? Then realized even though you thought it was only for a few seconds, turned out to be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or longer? That is the same kind of trance state you are in, in a hypnosis session.  Driving your car, and you realize you missed your turn miles back because you were so deeply focused in thought and just not paying attention. We (all humans) slip in and out of natural trance states (hypnotic) several times throughout our day whether we realize it or not.  Just so focused on the tasks at hand, something someone did or said, what's being played on tv, media, and radio.  The conscious mind is in the background and the subconscious mind is working. The subconscious mind has no concept of time and records everything. Hypnosis is not sleep you are aware of everything at all times unless you choose to sleep. Although hypnosis can work in the sleep state I like to keep interactions with you at all times. Some people who assume hypnosis is sleep sometimes think they weren't hypnotized because they remember everything. This is not so.  Even though I interact with you the whole time there may be instances you don't remember parts of the session that's why everything is recorded on zoom. A copy will be sent to you shortly after the session sometimes within 24 hrs after the session.  I always skip the imagery and induction and supply you with only the needed information that your inner self has provided.
